Madama Guest House - Florence

the idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the triple room was nice. the bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. the hotel was in a marvellous location, close to everything.

The hotel's location was particularly good, adjacent to many restaurants, the train station and city centre and Duomo. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district. We had double room with a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. A bidet in the bathroom was a plus:)))

The rooms were spacious and had climate control, a personal safe, and a multi-channel television, and I loved having a tub in the room!

Everything was fine during 1 day, liked its prime location very close to many restaurants, and very close to city centre. The room was great-sized and well-equipped, there were central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe.

This place has a great location close to the old town, city center, cathedral square, and shops, and the staff is friendly.

The rooms at Madama Guest House were cozy and comfortable. The tile/marble floor gave a nice touch, and the air conditioning kept us cool during hot Florence days. We loved having our own private bathroom with a bidet. The flat-screen TV and fridge were a bonus!

Personally, I didn't care for the balcony in the triple room. But hey, that's just me.

This place served as a fantastic home base during our trip. the staff here were super friendly. the location was prime, surrounded by shops and right by the cathedral square 🛍️. Plus, being close to the central station was a huge plus for getting around easily.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions. The interior of the hotel was simply fantastic, with elegant and charming decor. The staff was incredibly responsive and warm, always ready to assist and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. it was a mind-blowing and super experience in this beautiful city.

Travelling for business, I booked Madama Guest House near the train station. The room was beautifully designed in a Florence style, with lovely decor. The rain shower was incredibly relaxing, and the toiletries were of high quality. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main station and all the attractions. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city.

The location of the guest house couldn't be more ideal - it is nestled within the charming old town area, just a short stroll from all the main attractions. It is also conveniently located next to the central station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent air conditioning to combat the heat.

The thin walls and noise from the surrounding rooms can be bothersome at night, affecting the quality of sleep.

loved the central location, friendly staff, and beautiful room decor that reminded me of the "White Lotus" series. Madama Guest House exceeded my expectations in Florence.
